However, if you plan to move to the new Adobe Creative Cloud licensing model (membership-based, with a monthly subscription fee), you won=B9t need to upgrade in the interim. I looked at the options recently, and decided to go with the perpetual license system, as we don=B9t have enough details about th= e Cloud yet, and I would be worried about it being buggy while it is very new= .
