You cannot do that currently and whether you will be able to do so in the future is very much an open question. Currently all subscriptions are per month and per seat which, given the price and technicalities involved, cannot be what you have in mind, or can it? Managing the serials alone is a nightmare not to speak of actually having to install the software first. If at all, Adobe needs to expand their volume licensing models to include this scenario...

CS6 is gonna suck for many reasons, but that's not one of them. Just like the current subscription, you get access to the latest version and do not need to own any prior version at all, much less a permanent license of the current one. The only downside is, of course, that once your subscription ends you're left without anything at all...
