Just AE as I’m doing image sequences as just spread the love around. BTW, that’s 6 weeks of render time but with multiple machines, albeit some much slower, took about 3 weeks of real world time. However, I’m working now on the big bang section and guess that the 6 minutes of screentime will take about 2 months of real-world time even with a couple of more machines in the mix.
If there were a way to distribute an AE project with plugs in a read-only, render only package, I would try to use “crowd-rendering” to speed things up.

A film is – or should be – more like music than like fiction. It should be a progression of moods and feelings. The theme, what’s behind the emotion, the meaning, all that comes later.
