don’t get me wrong, this is a real, big problem, one that’s been hanging
around for years.
And it would be best for apple to solve it within QT.
I guess they think they have, and that’s why they aren’t doing
anything.
Maybe Googles VP 8 or 9 whatever there up too, it’s tiny and nice as h264,
but super processor intensive.

why not qt with animation codec (then you could use it for both mac

Happy Holidays everyone,
I am sure everyone has their own thoughts on
this but we are being asked to provide an HD bumper for use in a submission
contest. I am assuming ProRes 422 HQ Quicktime would be the preferred
format for the Mac users but what about PC’s? AVI PNG or P-JPEG?
