I often now use two instances of Keylight, or one instance of Color Key = followed by Keylight. The first instance is a garbage pass: set the = controls so that you have a small ring of green around your object to be = keyed. Follow that with Keylight, and then you only have to fix a small = area. Or, use your Intermediate Result, followed by another instance of = Keylight to work on your edges.
