I use Freshbooks. It's web-based, and has an accompanying iPhone app. I use it for all of my hours, billing, reports, etc. Couldn't live without it. We need to keep daily reports of hours, type of work, deliverables, etc.. Searching google turns up an overwhelming amount of options. The data will eventually be used for invoicing.
