I use and love Gridiron Flow. Not only can you track time precisely,
you can share files over the net, collaborate, recover versions, be
warned before you delete anything that might be useful, and keep track
of the time spent on every part of the project from tweaking a single
jpg file to color correcting an entire feature. The only problem with
using Flow is that you'll have a complete record of all the time you
were not actively working on a project and of how much time you
wasted. On the other hand, maybe that's not a problem.
