Original footage from= the police and some from other stations. We have to mosaic (or blur) the fa= ce all of the criminals and the police officers. Do you have any fluid AE and (or) PR Workflow for this? In avid i could use t= he paint effect and the tracker, but the easiest was what I have found in AE= was to move a shape and use It as a Matte layer.
