Duplicate the footage source Apply a mosaic or blur filter to the duplicate layer. Track the face you want to obscure. Create a new solid and draw a mask over the face you want to obscure and = feather it if needed. Attach the solid to the tracker. Use the solid as a track matte to reveal the mosaic footage. Tweak settings to taste. In avid i = could use the paint effect and the tracker, but the easiest was what I = have found in AE was to move a shape and use It as a Matte layer. >=20 > Thanks > Gary >=20 > Az iPhone k=C3=A9sz=C3=BCl=C3=A9kemr=C5=91l k=C3=BCldve >=20 > 2012.01.23. d=C3=A1tummal, 22:08 id=C5=91pontban David Torno = =C3=ADrta: >=20 >> In CS5.5 there is a search bar for Layer/effects/property names. >>=20 >> David Torno >> Visual Effects Artist & Supervisor >> http://www.ghosttownmedia.com >> O: 213.739.2290 >> C: 818.391.6060 >> --------------------- >> http://www.sydefxink.com >> http://aeioweyou.blogspot.com >> http://mactex.blogspot.com >>=20 >> "The most useless day is that in which we do not laugh" >> -Charles Field >>=20 >> On Jan 23, 2012, at 10:23 AM, Mike Janson = wrote: >>=20 >>> i know that i can search for filenames in the project window, but = howbout layer names? can renamed layers be searched? help! thnx! >>> +---End of message---+ >>> To unsubscribe send any message to >>>=20 >>=20 >> +---End of message---+ >> To unsubscribe send any message to >=20 > +---End of message---+ > To unsubscribe send any message to
