I ended up just retracking the shot, to get it out the door. I only have just one track layer. I've relinked the clip and got all the frames. Then tried the zoom to full frame range. I also manually tried typing in the out point. Didn't try reset out point button yet, I'll check that when I'm back from lunch to see if it works.
