The simple answer is that all you need to do is link the camera 'zoom' to the z position, and multiply by -1 to make it a positive number.  As long as they're the same, anything at position 0 will not change in size:

transform.position[2]*-1

I'm using a standard AE camera 35mm, and I want to transition from a normal lense to an isometric style lense, but i want my subject to stay relatively the same size in frame. Is there some sort of expression that i can use to tie the distance of the camera from the POI to the zoom of the lense? Has anyone ever done something like this?
