You're saying there's no option for file -> import -> premiere pro project ? I'm using cs5.5 and this works no problem. Maybe it's because I installed the automatic duck plugins, you should try that if you don't have the option

You could always open your sequence in Premiere Pro, select all, move to AE Comp, and paste. Try it, it works great.

Then, if you need to move to another system, use AE's "collect files" and build a portable drive (or whatever).
