There really isn't a strong financial incentive not too = if you make your living with them, and you benefit from the latest tools = and integrate them into your workflow as they roll out...as opposed to = lagging behind and having a bigger, more expensive upgrade and period of = learning curve/disorientation (that's an expense too) as you skip = versions.
