I just went through Robbie Carman's video series: Migrating from Final Cut Pro 7 to Premiere Pro on Lynda.com. If you are moving from FCP7 to PP, it's a pretty good series to get you up to speed on Premiere. I had many ah-ha moments while going through it. It's pretty cheap to sign up for the 1 month, plus, you could piggyback a few other training videos onto the month to make it worth it. Nothing replaces a good book like Creative Motion Graphics with After Effects, though, as it's nice to grab it off the shelf and page through it when troubleshooting… no one wants to watch tutorial after tutorial when trying to trouble shoot something.
