Just wanted share = this nifty=20 After Effects/Mac trick I picked up this week.

Want to keep working = in AE while=20 waiting for a render to complete?

I was watching = another editor=20 versioning titles for a promo with AE on a MacPro. He set one version of = titles=20 to render then launched a SECOND application of AE on the same machine = and=20 proceeded to work on the next set of titles while the first set was=20 rendering.  He continued = to bounce=20 between the two AE applications as each set of renders completed.

The trick?  He had simply DUPLICATED the = AE program=20 in the Applications folder. With two separate short cuts in the dock = linked to=20 each copy of AE, he was able to run two versions of = the same AE at the=20 same time. The only complaint the Mac had with the second launch was = that =93the=20 Application had moved=94. Ignore this warning and you're good to go. Who = knew?=20 Maybe you did but it was a wow moment for me.
