I'm a little confused like everyone else, but here's what I think you may be able to do.

MainComp
     -Precomp1 of footage (track applied on the Precomp1 layer)


Precomp1
      -Footage layer (loop footage here in it's raw form)


If you are looping the footage on the layer that has the track, then your keyframes could be misaligned somehow, causing the wiggling. Apply track keyframes to the Precomp and do any footage looping inside that Precomp. Hopefully that makes sense. :)

In my main comp I have to loop this clip. The result is a wiggling screen content on the cellphone. Checking it back in the pre-comp, everything is fine. When I render the pre-comp and replace it in the main comp everything is fine again.
Very confusing!
Unfortunately I have to find a solution that works without pre-rendering because there will be 20 adaptations of the scene.
Any idea?
