Depends on the project. Many times it's to send to another app which may not be necessary with pr and ame but is in my current workflow. Sometimes files are needed to be compressed with specific presets in apps
Other times I may be working on a piece in AE an assembling prores clips in Fcp. Have to save out a file an get to FedEx or messenger with 0 minutes to spare. It has happene more times than I care to remember.
