One suggestion might be to try using the BCC Flicker Fixer filter, fro= m the BCC AE 8 plug-in set. You can download a free demo version of the fil= ter at www.borisfx.com/downloads = to see if it resolves the flicker issue in the shot that you are working wi= th.
