I’ve seen the color pulsing ‘over several minutes’ thing happen on an HPX170 in auto iris mode in fluorescent lighting. Was a camera used for student shooting that I’d not had time to check settings on. I shoot an HPX500 and PMW-F3 in 720 24pN and 720p 23.98 modes respectively and have never noticed flickering or color phasing with the settings I use. There is the possibility of a fluorescent light or ballast going bad in one of the lights in the shot. In that case it would not be a camera setting. Can you describe the video’s settings? I shoot in fluorescent all the time @ 720p24 180° shutter and don’t see any flickering. The video has this flicker in it… do any of you know how to compensate after the fact to reduce it?
