Blame your Avid editor, Richard. What color depth is he/she working in? What kind of monitor? Seems like you've done everything right.

He said there were still issues with my renders that used either Sapphire Debander or PHYX Deband plugins. So I've tried again and bumped up the Noise level. I'm working 32 bit. I also rendered the most promising version as an uncompressed Tiff sequence fwiw. Thanks!
