If I can add on to what Ross was mentioning, I might also suggest
tracking in Mocha and then using a very small wire removal patch
parented to the motion tracker to do the actual removing. By having it
sample the area around the pixel you can compensate for the motion
blur without having to match it with your compositions motion blur
settings.
