Being abl= e to quickly flip back and forth between frames means I can pretty quickly = see whether a point is locked without having to do averaging. I also have a= habit of flipping forward a few frames to see where the motion of an objec= t shifts. Let's me get away with only setting track points every few frames= sometimes.
