I have been trying to uninstall Genarts Sapphire plugin but it is still showing in the effects list!?

I run the Sapphire uninstaller and it said everything worked perfectly. The plugins are removed but they are still in the list. Trashed the ae pref file but that didn't wotk either.

Do any of have a clue how to remove it completly? I have never had this kind of problems before. Am I just tired and have missed the small obvious thing to do.. :)
