Put comp markers on each cut point in your pre comp, drag to a new = timeline so that your markers show up, then cut your pre comp into = chunks at the marks and apply the time warp to each piece. That way it = is stopping at the cut, and starting again on a fresh clip. Maybe use zorro to detect all the cuts and then slice the comp up and = add the time warp effect to each piece. Just a thought. On 2012.Feb.24, at 10.02, sean cusson wrote: > I've run into this before and have never been sure if there was a way = around it. I have a comp with more than 40 clips on the timeline. I = pre-comped it and then applied the Timewarp effect (using Pixel Motion). = It looks beautiful until the effect hits an edit point (cut) and = "smears" for a few frames until it gets past the edit. I know that = Timewarp is trying to blend the edit but messes up when the pixels = completely change from one frame to the next.
