| Someone was mentioning 123dCatch from Autodesk as a good tool. There is also XYZ RGB, but I don't think it will do 360 degrees unless you get the (over)expensive full version. My tool of choice is Photoscan. Extremely cheap for its power, but does require a bit of knowledge on how to take the pictures. Email me off list if you would like to discuss that, as I've used it extensively. Just to be clear, these are not "scanning" techniques, but rather 3d reconstruction from pictures, which has the huge advantage over scanning of using photographic data, meaning you can art direct your pictures vs just using the data from a scanner.
