Sean,

If you have Twixtor (not sure if you do or not, but I thought you did?) , you can tell Twixtor where cuts are in your source material and then Twixtor won't interpolate images over the cuts.

Of course, if you don't have Twixtor, you can ignore this email :-)

I've run into this before and have never been sure if there was a way around it. I have a comp with more than 40 clips on the timeline. I pre-comped it and then applied the Timewarp effect (using Pixel Motion). It looks beautiful until the effect hits an edit point (cut) and "smears" for a few frames until it gets past the edit. I know that Timewarp is trying to blend the edit but messes up when the pixels completely change from one frame to the next. I was wondering if there was a setting that would tell Timewarp to ignore edit points?
