And on a laptop no less. I was just having a similar issue where saves were taking >30seconds because I had an output module re-importing big renders. saves went back to <1s after clearing them out. Whoah. Try turning off = disk caching completely. It's possible there's a bug with the prefe= rence or some other subtlety, but this isn't something I've seen be= fore.
