| Well, I have a web page hosted @ Dreamhost and I put my files on the backend of this webpage. I create an FTP user for my client so he can download the files from there. I've never had a complaint from Dreamhost. I've been trying to make a browser download page with no success as I am no expert in this area, so me and my clients use any FTP client for this task.
