I had speed issues with uploads when I first started using it. But it seems they've ironed those out for me. I used to get like 350kbps uploads. I have a 100mbps up and down connection so this ticked me off a lot.
Lately though, all my uploads send around 4000kbps or higher now. Which is quite acceptable. Finish a render that's a gig in size. Check the Dropbox app on my iPhone and send the client a link from the back porch when it's all done.
Also. Here's instructions on how to enable the "get shareable link" option. You have to click the link they tell you to in this article.
Hmmm, I like DropBox, too (IMHO it's an iOS essential; DropBox to create an iOS file system, iCloud for system backup), but the upload speeds can sometimes be pretty slow, which is especially annoying on a fast connection. I also wish the controls were more finely grained. They're a million times better than iCloud, though.
