| Not sure of the way your files are built, and this probably won't work since it sounds like your using a lot of layers across different portions, but could you make pre comps of the bits you want in each part and then drag all the pre comps over to the render que? I'm breaking down about one hundred clips out of maybe 12 comps. Making sure I select the Custom option each time is a real pain. It would be so much easier if I could select a piece of the clip and have it stick without going through the extra 4 clicks – that is when I remember to do it.
