| That doesn't apply to CS5 Mac users, who need some variant of the Flip4Mac codec for any type of WMV export. For them/us, use any transcoder that supports batches, such as Squeeze, QT Amateur, MPEGStreamclip, etc.

I'm assuming all the MOVs are in frame sizes/rates that WMV supports?
1. Create an Output Module Template for WMV with your desired settings
2. Import all of your MOV footage into the Project panel and make sure they're all selected 3. Composition>Add to Render Queue 4. Choose your new WMV OM template
Now all 124 RQ items will be setup to transcode MOV to WMV.
