Other than that you might go looking for someone to do the conversion, but depending on what the file contains and with what version it was created, this may get tricky. Cinema 4D (Studio and Engineering) can import some VectorWorks files, so there may be an option there (assuming you also have Sketch&Toon to export the AI file again).
