Then you're just getting an image that moves with the light position, but that's not the way lens flares work. The spread and shape of the flare should change depending on where the its origin is. That's why people are recommending that you change the mode of OF to track luminance and point it to the footage.

Thanks. I remembered Optical flares works on a solid and once applied, I can use Add mode to appy it. The solid will parent to the Null and I am now tracking the flare.
