FWIW, the best lens flare out there now is the BCC 3D lens flare. it = works in 3D space seeing / using AE's actual lights and camera. it saves = a lot of time and effort. in this example you could take the track data, = apply it to a AE light and then let BCC 3D lens flare do the rest. BCC = lens flare would be applied to a solid layer thats stationary... and it = would just work.
