almost all 24 here except legacy / external material. if you shoot 24, stay 24 thru post if you can. its easier to add 3:2 PD at the end if you have to. video hardware matrox / BM / aja can add it on output if you're still making tape.
the only time you may want to edit 30 is when you have shots in 30i. placing them into a 24p TL generally isn't the best thing to do. placing 24p into a 30i TL though means the NLE will add 3:2 on the fly if its doing The Right Thing™.
