Subject: [AE] Flag options in AE CS3

Sure this has been covered a gazzilion times so I apologise if it is trite.= I've been searching the web for options for creating a very stylized flag = graphic in AE CS3 on a Mac. I do not need realism=2C just a very ilustritiv= e approximation of a flag motion on a pre-comp.

It seems= my options are thus:
upgrade to AE5.5 for $949 to get FreeForm
get Zaxwerks 3DFlag for $199

FreeForm Pro= is not available for Mac it seems which is too bad as the mettle products = look super cool. FreeFormAE is no longer available from DigiEffects now it = is bundled with AE CS5

Are there nay other options= available to me that I missed? Is FreeForm worth the extra outlay (aside f= rom the other obvious benefits to CS5.5). There is not a huge budget to thi= s project and the flag element is one of hundreds. Trying to be economical = and judicious.

cheers
