Chris is exactly right - I do a lot of DCP (Digital Cinema Package work) and
most people screw this up. They either try to maintain the previous duration
and re-render, causing ugly frame artifacts and taking lots of extra time or
leave as is and audio is out of sync.
The best results are to leave frames as is and time stretch audio to
conform.
