This is really the only "gotcha" to the plug-in, it will involve a change in your pre-production planning. There would be no warning, but you have to confirm that you want to sync the project, and you have the option to save your project as an increment before it does it's sync. At least this way you would have a fall back file in case you needed to go back to the old version.
