Your options are only ATI? Adobe is currently most happy with CUDA cores, which means nVidia. ATI won't get you a lot of benefit for AE. Is nVidia an option for you?

Or should I spend the money on RAM?

I would like the system to possible work with Resolve or Adobe's new SpeedGrade (which I do not know that much about).

Of course, I will be running two screens.
