Hi All,

The MediaMotion Ball is next Monday in Las Vegas!

Just wanted to share that Zax Dow from Zaxwerks, longtime as in =
"original" community member around here, is sponsoring the MediaMotion =
Ball again this year and has some great news:

Zaxwerks ProAnimator v6!
Version 6 of ProAnimator is a title designer's dream upgrade.  Major new =
features include real inter-object reflections and refractions, ray =
traced soft shadows and ambient occlusion to make your pictures look =
ultra-real. Other major new features include object slicing and =
fragmentation which lets you take a 3D title or logo and break it into =
thousands of slices, cubes, wedges or glass fragments.  These fragments =
can either be reassembled as a way to reveal your logo or broken apart =
as a way to disintegrate your logo piece by piece.  When coupled with =
the new reflection features, Zaxwerks ProAnimator V6 lets you create =
animations that look like nothing currently being seen today.

Prizes: one copy of 3D Invigorator v6 ($450) and one copy of ProAnimator =
v6  ($600)

The MediaMotion Ball sold out, we added capacity, and we sold out again. =
Sorry to say we're at our limit with what we can handle in the room, but =
there are occasionally cancellations. Stay tuned as if they happen we'll =
pass on the tickets but alas not likely to have many.

For those of you heading to Vegas don't forget there are a lot of other =
things going on throughout the week which we list on the calendar page =
of our site (we don't list private parties though). For example, we =
foster two additional "come as you are" meet-ups during the week. Sunday =
at Diablo from about 8-11pm, and of course our traditional Thursday =
Monte Carlo Brew Pub gathering from 6pm. =

BTW Diablo - since it's a new location, is really cool. It's a Mexican =
themed cantina in Monte Carlo with two levels. The second level is an =
open-air veranda 1 level above the strip. Great views and they have =
heaters out there if it gets chilly. Should be a nice time. Pic is on =
