| Hi All, The MediaMotion Ball is next Monday in Las Vegas! Just wanted to share that Zax Dow from Zaxwerks, longtime as in "original" community member around here, is sponsoring the MediaMotion Ball again this year and has some great news: Zaxwerks ProAnimator v6! Version 6 of ProAnimator is a title designer's dream upgrade. Major new features include real inter-object reflections and refractions, ray traced soft shadows and ambient occlusion to make your pictures look ultra-real. Other major new features include object slicing and fragmentation which lets you take a 3D title or logo and break it into thousands of slices, cubes, wedges or glass fragments. These fragments can either be reassembled as a way to reveal your logo or broken apart as a way to disintegrate your logo piece by piece. When coupled with the new reflection features, Zaxwerks ProAnimator V6 lets you create animations that look like nothing currently being seen today. It's a Mexican themed cantina in Monte Carlo with two levels. The second level is an open-air veranda 1 level above the strip. Great views and they have heaters out there if it gets chilly.
