Might you be running up against some file size issues? Your test files might be good due to a small file size but your full transfer might fail if file size exceeds some filesystem limitations somewhere along the line. Maybe have them send the file back to you and compare to the original file to see if the problem lies in the transfer. We keep doing 30 sec test = files for them and they say they are good. We then render out an hour = show and upload it to them, and they reject = it.
