No, they don't tell us shit. I'm really beginning to hate them. =A0I encode=
d an hour show in Sony Vegas 11 to a M2t file. It ended up being just under=
 12GBs. We logged into their upload page and it didn't work. We called them=
 and they said we were using the wrong browser and should be using Chrome, =
