or maybe there is another altogether different implementation that we haven't thought off like an second timeline that opens under the current time line - keeping both the current time line and current comp open and allowing you to work in the preComp without ever leaving the main comp. Now if you could right click on a comp, tell it to target a certain layer/composition inside it regardless of how many precomps are in-between it and you and then open the controls for that layer/comp, now that would be something. -Rob |
