AE CS6 ships with mocha AE CS6.
This has all the planar track & roto features found in the CS5 version. There is also a new "send to mocha" button that will launch an AE layer into mocha AE with the proper project settings (fps, PAR, etc).

mocha tracked masks can also really compliment the CS6 camera tracker to assist difficult 3D tracking with hold out masks.

Beyond this, Imagineer is now showing a new mocha AE v3 & mocha Pro v4 which released on Monday. V3 has many new features for roto, keyframing, layer management  and a 3D Camera Solve for AE versions CS4-CS6. It ships with a free AE plug-in to copy and paste the solved camera and 3D nulls into AE. Registered mocha AE owners can upgrade to v3 for $195.
