I called Adobe sales to get clarification on the buy CS5.5 now for $399 and get CS6 for free. They confirmed, and mentioned nothing about future limits to updates. I can't imagine sales would neglect to mention this if they wanted avoid a major uproar. Talk about disassembling trust. Just seems like lawyer speak to me.
