I would have liked it to export clip markers since that is what is copied over from AE to Premiere, but when trying to modify the script to cycle through clipmarkers i failed totally, it sadly wasn't as easy as modifying it from crtl+arrow to crtl+shit+arrow :-) But it is quite easy to manually cycle through a clip an placing seqence markers (numpad *) so it works. now i just have to do the 22 og 32 remaining clips... Thanks again. Robert,

=A0

Given your query for a script which does both= layer and comp markers, I should have mentioned that my script only does s= equence markers, not clip markers.

=A0<= /p>

I never had a need to = export the data for clip markers so I have never explored whether clip mark= ers might present any special issues.=A0 Hopefully, it would just be a matt= er of tweaking the keystrokes sent to Premiere (e.g.,=A0 Ctrl+Shift+RightAr= row instead of Ctrl+RightArrow).=A0=A0 If the keystroke differences are the= only issue, there are two alternatives: (1) make a separate version of scr= ipt just for clip markers (this is probably the easiest) or (2) modify the = script to iterate through each sequence twice (once looking for sequence ma= rkers and once looking for clip markers).=A0 Regardless of which alternativ= e is chosen, the output is broken into sequence markers and clip markers, r= ather than being in time sequence regardless of the type of marker.<= u>

If you have Premiere on a Windows PC, = you could try the = AutoHotKey script which I wrote: http://forums.creativecow.net/readp= ost/3/919345

=A0<= /p>

There are at least a f= ew people using it.

=A0<= /p>

If you are running a n= on-English version of Premiere, the script may need a minor tweak (because = it looks for the word =93Marker=94). =A0The script already contains an exam= ple of the change required for the French version of Premiere, so you may b= e able to make the tweak yourself.=A0 But I should be able to make the chan= ge easily if you send me a screen print of a Premiere Marker dialog box.=

Hi

=A0

=

Is there some script that exports layers/comp m= arkers to a simple textfile with timecode? Either directly from AE or via P= remiere?

=A0

i have search a little and i can't find anything that do= es it as a simple plain textfile. The closest i have found is an old premie= re plugin that doesn't seem to work with CS5.5 (http://www.2writers.com/= Eddie/PpExpMark.htm)
