My Quadro killed my ability to use Mettle FreeForm Pro and Shapeshifter (crashes). Chris told me it's a Mac driver issue.
Also, OpticalFlares with the GPU switch on crashes Ae. This is with 10.6.8 and 10.7.2 on my MacPro3,1. VCP tech support told me this is a known issue.
Other than that, it's a champ for working in Pr. I haven't noticed any speed-ups for Ae, but supposedly CS6 will change that.
SafeHarbor had the best price when I bought mine.

I've also read about issues regarding Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and the drivers working together. Anyone know if this has been resolved and there are no problems? I'm assuming it's an older issue, but I've seen comments from just a few months ago.

I'm looking at getting the Mac version of the Quadro 4000 but it looks like there's support for only one monitor.
Is anyone running dual monitors with this card? In conjunction with another card? Is it possible?
I have an AJA Kona3 for broadcast monitoring, but I need the dual display for desktop.
Looking to pull the trigger today if you guys can give some guidance.
Thanks,
Jim
