I trust the folks on that forum more than the folks on the Customer Service chat. By a lot.

When I saw your question, I asked someone who I trust "Where should I point this guy for questions like this?", and the forum was what this trusted person suggested.

Thanks for the link Todd.

I'll try and get someone's attention there. I only asked for ideas here after lots of research and spending about an hour on 2 chats with 2 adobe customer support reps and not really getting anywhere.

Please, ask questions about Creative Cloud, licensing, et cetera on the Adobe forum where Adobe staff who know the answers can help:

Anyone have any idea how this will work when you have multiple users

using the same computer?? We frequently have freelancers in and will

they need to login with our company account??

thanks

Usually the Adobe ID *is* your email address. (especially for

newer users)

But I think it's more about the unique user name than it is about

the ability for you to receive email.

Seems some people here have already signed up, so maybe

someone knows this:

Is Adobe really tying my info to my email address and not

my Adobe ID?

Or perhaps more accurately, will CreativeCloud only use my

email address as my Adobe ID instead of my regular Adobe ID?

This troubles me as emails have a way of changing, and

Adobe is having trouble tracking mine already...
