| Richard, Encore starts and I am able to load a project without Encore requesting a serial number on my Windows PC. Production Premium. I entered the CS6 PP serial number at the start of the install process; I never installed or ran in Trial mode. The CS6 PP install was an upgrade to CS5.5 PP. (Just providing details in case it might help narrow down the problem.)
